Keep its nursery pot

If you chose an upgraded pot, leave the plant in its nursery pot inside it. Decorative moss may stay or be removed.

Quick troubleshooting

  • Drooping just after delivery can be temporary travel stress.
  • Yellow or soft growth often means the soil is staying too wet.
  • Brown edges can point to dry air, inconsistent watering or mineral buildup.

When in doubt, wait and check the soil again. Overwatering is more difficult to reverse than a short dry spell.
