First week at home
A little travel stress is normal. Keep the first few days simple.
Remove the natural wood strands from the soil surface. They kept soil in place during shipping.
Feel the soil first and follow the plant-specific watering cue above. Do not water only because it arrived.
Place it in the recommended light and keep it away from heating vents, cold drafts and harsh direct sun.
If you chose an upgraded pot, leave the plant in its nursery pot inside it. Decorative moss may stay or be removed.
When in doubt, wait and check the soil again. Overwatering is more difficult to reverse than a short dry spell.
Send our team a clear photo, your order information and what you are noticing. For a heavily damaged or dead arrival, contact us within 24 hours and keep the plant and packaging while we review it.
